What do you do when you’re upset or depressed? What is your routine? Do you cry? Do you vent? Do you take it out on someone? when im feeling down i usually start organizing or cleaning anything i see,this distracts me ,occupies me and lets me think..... and if i put on music my mood usually get better or i just take lots of showers and watch tv.i dont cry.i rarely, like once in a blue moon vent just because im a very private person when it comes to things like that.i dont take things out on people becuase i find that stupid and immature.hmmm i dont know if people understand "my ways".they usually just let me to my own thing and once the see im better they try to approach me and figure out the problem and help me in any possible way they can.yes,they are really tolerant.
