Should criminals be punished with lengthy jail terms or re-educated and re-habituated, using community service programs for instance, before being reintroduced to society? Why do you believe this? Which punishment is more cruel, the reprogramming of a human being or locking him in a cage?
if i had to pick one it would be locking them in a cage :) away from harming society.but i belive what should be done would be haveing them in prison but putting them to work in factorys that way they can give something back to the community and not just waste their time there wasting our tax money.
